Chargeback Policy
In the event of a chargeback placed by you with your credit card Company (done intentionally or in error) for any transaction made by you in your account, we reserve the right to block your account and then a thorough investigation will be carried out on behalf of BBSC to determine the legitimacy of the chargeback. The blocked amount will only be released if the chargeback is found to be valid.
Return of unsatisfactory or damaged products
In the event that one or several products do not comply with the customer’s order or are defective or damaged, the customer must immediately inform BBSC and return them to it at his/her cost no later than 3 days after delivery of the order. The replacement product(s) will be sent to the customer at the expense of BBSC. In the event that the product(s) returned is/are no longer available, BBSC will inform the customer and will reimburse him/her for the amount of the said product(s) (not including delivery costs).
